Cilantro Chutney - For Sandwiches

Serves: 7-8 sandwiches

Mint Leaves1 handful
Cilantro2 bunchesmedium
Green Chilis4 or 5
Saltto taste
Roasted Peanuts6 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grind peanuts & green chillies with salt 
  2. Add the leaves and grind to a paste


Notes:
If you don't have enough roasted peanuts, substitute part or all of it with chutney pappu.
