Brussel Sprouts Sabji

Brussel Sprouts1 lbcut into 1/8ths
Onion1chopped
Tomato1chopped
Tomato sauce1-2 cups
Sambar powder2 tsp
Tamarind paste1 tsp
Saltto taste
Red chili powderto taste
Indian Seasoning
Curry leavesfew

Method:
  1. Add onion, tomato and curry leaves to seasoning
  2. Add salt, chilli powder, sambar powder, tamarind & tomato sauce and cook well
  3. Add brussels and cook covered for 15-20 minutes; if dry sprinkle some water on top
