Gobi Rolls

Cauliflower1/2 headchopped
Saltto taste
Turmericpinchsteam till half-cooked
Cumin powderto taste
Red chili pasteto taste
Onion1/2 mediumchopped
Schezwan sauce
For rotis:
Wheat flour3/4 cup
Flour2-3 tbsp

Method:
  1. Spread the schezwan sauce on the rotis, fill with stuffing
  2. Top with onions, roll & close with toothpick and fry on tava
