Schezwan Sauce

Red chilis7-8soak in water for 30 mins
Onion1
Garlic2-3 tsp minced
Ginger2-3 tspminced
Soy sauceto taste
Vinegarto taste
Saltto taste
Oilfor frying
Wateras needed
Red chili pasteto taste

Method:
  1. Grind the red chilis into paste
  2. Saute onion, ginger and garlic
  3. Add the red chili paste, soy sauce, vinegar, salt & (if needed) water
  4. Cook till blended
