Onion2 smalljulienne
Eggplant4 smallchopped & kept in water
Red chili powderto taste
Saltto taste
Cilantrofor garnishminced finely

Method:
  1. Squeeze excess water from the eggplant & add to seasoning 
  2. Add salt & fry with lid till soft
  3. Add onions & chili powder  and fry till done. 
  4. Garnish with cilantro
