Mint Cauliflower Rice

Basmati rice1.5 cupswashed
Cauliflower1/2 headchopped
Peas1/2 cup
Cinnamonsmall piece
Cloves2
Ginger garlic paste1 - 2 tspto taste
Cumin 2 tsp
For Paste:
Mint leaves1 cup
Green chilis5
Salt & pepperto tasteblend to paste

Method:
  1. Fry cinnamon, cloves, ginger garlic paste and cumin in oil for 5 minutes
  2. Add cauliflower and peas; cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add rice along with mint juice (add water to make 3 cups of mint juice)
  4. Turn heat to low and cook with closed lid for 15 minutes
  5. Switch off heat and keep the lid closed for another 10 minutes
  6. Serve with cold Raita
