Tomato Cilantro Chutney

Tomato3 largediced
Green chilis2 mediumchopped
Cilantro1/2 cupchopped
Garlic2 cloveschopped
Saltto taste
Tamarind juice2 tbsp
Sesame seeds1 tspgrind to powder


Method:
  1. Fry green chilis, garlic, tomatoes with salt in very little oil with lid closed
  2. After tomatoes have become soft, add cilantro and close lid
  3. Turn off flame after 5 minutes and allow to cool
  4. Blend to paste with tamarind juice and powdered sesame seeds
  5. Serve with any dosa, idli etc
