Uthappam/Guntapongalam

Batter from Masala Dosa


Method:
  1. Add all ingredients to the leftover batter, 3-4 days after first making it for masala dosa
  2. Mix well and pour uthappam
  3. Alternatively, you can pour the same batter in guntapongalam pan
  4. Serve with any chutney or sambar
