Cabbage Thalimpu

Serves: 4 

IngredientQtyPrep
Cabbage1/2 headchopped
Onion1 smallchopped
Tomato1 smalloptional
Saltto taste
Lemon juiceto taste
Indian seasoning
For Paste:
Coconut1/4-1/3 cup
Garlic2-3 cloves
Green chilis3-4 medium


Method:
  1. Fry onion with seasoning until soft
  2. Add the paste and cook for five minutes
  3. Add the cabbage, allow the mixture to become warm and then turn off heat


Notes:
The tomatoes can be left out if you want the cabbage to be crisp when serving.
