Kandagadda Pachadi (Yam Chutney)

Kandagadda/Yam1 lb frozen packetpressure cooked & pureed
Onion1 largejulienne
Tomato2 largechopped
Saltto taste
Red chili powderto taste
Garlic4 clovesminced
Indian seasoningwith turmeric


Method:
  1. Fry onion, tomato and garlic with seasoning
  2. Add yam paste and cook till done
  3. Serve with plain rice
