Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu1/2 cupcooked
Garlic2 clovessliced
Indian seasoning
Red chilis2-3
Saltto taste
Water as needed

Method:
  1. Fry garlic with seasoning
  2. Add dal, water and salt
  3. Cook until done


Notes:
Serve with Bitter Gourd Podi and plain rice.
