  1. Potato fry: 400F for 15 minutes, broil for 5 minutes
  2. Potato wedges: 5 minutes on each side, adjust for size
  3. Quinoa: Twice the water, cook on stove
  4. Fada: Twice the water, cook on stove
  5. Masala oats: Twice the water, microwave on high for 21.5 - 2 minutes
  6. Broil paneer for 7 minutes on one side, turn over and broil for 2.5 minutes on other side. Remove from oven immediately. 
  7. Tofu: Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400F
