Oats & Rava Idli

Roasted rava3/4 cup
Oats1.5 cupsroasted and powdered
Curd1.5 cups
Wateras needed
Green chilis3 mediumchopped
Gingersmall pieceminced
Cilantrofew stalkschopped
Cashewsfewfried in ghee
Saltto taste
Sodaa pinch
Asafoetidaa pinchadd to seasoning
Indian seasoning

Method:
  1. Mix powdered oats and rava with seasoning, cashews and cilantro
  2. Add curd and water to form thick batter
  3. Pour in each idli slot and steam for 15-20 minutes
  4. Serve hot with ghee and Coconut chutney/Aloo saagu
