Green Leaf Koora

Serves: 4

Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu1/2 cupcooked for 4 whistles
Spinach1 bunchchopped
Onion1 mediumchopped
Tomato1 mediumchopped
Green chilis2-3 largechopped
Salt to taste
Wateras needed
Garlic2-3 clovesminced

Method:
  1. Fry onion and garlic in oil
  2. Add spinach and cover with lid
  3. When spinach has wilted, add dal and tomato
  4. Add salt, water and cook until done
