Method:
  1. Fry caraway seeds and onion until it browns
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and keep cooking until fragrant
  3. Add tomatoes and spice powders; cook until everything is mixed well 
  4. Add mushrooms and keep frying until all the water has evaporated
  5. Add paneer, adjust salt and spices to taste and garnish with cilantro
