Baked Pasta

Crushed tomatoes(1) 28 oz can
Onion1 largechopped
Zuchini1 mediumchopped
Peppers2 mediumany color
Mushroom16 ozchopped
Red chili flakesto taste
Saltto taste
Cayenne pepperto taste
Basil/Oreganoto taste
Mozarella shredsto taste


Method:
  1. Fry onion, peppers, mushrooms and zuchini with red pepper flakes, salt and cayenne pepper
  2. Add crumbled sausages and cook until vegetables are done
  3. Add tomatoes and adjust seasoning to taste
  4. Mix with pasta and transfer to baking dish
  5. Layer with cheese, then more pasta and top with cheese
  6. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts


Notes:
Farfalle can be used instead of rotini
