Ragi flour1 cup
Water 5 cups

Oilless than 1 tsp

Method:
  1. Boil water and add salt, oil and rice
  2. After the rice is almost cooked, add the ragi flour
  3. Leave for 15 minutes, then start stirring for the next 10 minutes (keep adding HOT water throughout as needed)
  4. Touch with a wet hand, if the dough doesn't stick it's done
