Garlic Mushroom Sandwich

Serves: 5 - 6 sandwiches

Garlic 6 - 7 large cloves

Red chilis8 - 10 medium
Sandwich veggiessliced thinly
Breadciabatta rolls
Corn starch1/2 tspoptional
Cheese/Mayooptional

Method:
  1. Blend red chilis, garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar (with little water) to a paste. Alternatively just mix red chili powder, garlic powder and water with other ingredients.
  1. Fry onions in little oil and add garlic paste, cook until raw smell disappears
  1. Add mushrooms and toss until cooked. Mix little corn starch if there is too much water
  1. Spread mayo on bread and grill until browned. Place vegetables of choice and spread mushroom mix on top with cheese if using it.
