Sorakayi Perugu Pachadi

Opo squash1 mediumshredded
Garlic2 clovesminced
Green chilis3 - 4 mediumminced
Indian seasoning
Yogurt2 cups or more
Saltto taste
Cilantrofewchopped

Method:
  1. Fry garlic and green chilis with seasoning
  2. Add the shredded squash and fry until all the water evaporates
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  4. Add salt, yogurt and cilantro and mix well (add water if needed)
