Gobi Rolls

Cauliflower | 1/2 head | chopped |
Salt | to taste | |
Turmeric | pinch | steam till half-cooked |
Cumin powder | to taste | |
Red chili paste | to taste | |
Onion | 1/2 medium | chopped |
Schezwan sauce | ||
For rotis: | ||
Wheat flour | 3/4 cup | |
Flour | 2-3 tbsp |
Method:
- Spread the schezwan sauce on the rotis, fill with stuffing
- Top with onions, roll & close with toothpick and fry on tava
