Garlic5-6 cloves
Pasta1 boxcooked al-dente
Heavy cream1/2 cup1/2 cup milk + 2 oz butter
Parmesan cheeseto garnish
Olive oilfor frying
Parsleyfewor basil
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Red chili flakesto taste

  1. Grind the roasted, deseeded red peppers
  2. Fry onions and garlic for 5 minutes
  3. Add the bell pepper paste, salt and heavy cream on low heat
  4. Add pasta, cheese and herbs
