Potato4 mediumboiled and chopped
Tomato2-3 medium chopped
Peas1 cup
Cumin3 tsp
Coriander powderto taste
Garam masalato taste
Salt to taste
Red chili powderto taste
Ginger garlic paste1/2 tbsp
Cabbage1/2 headfry and grind to paste, optional

  1. Fry cumin, ginger garlic paste and onion till they become transparent
  2. And tomatoes, cabbage and all powders, cook for several minutes
  3. And potatoes and peas
  4. Adjust salt and cook with closed lid till done
