Cauliflower | 1 medium | chopped |
Red onion | 1 large | chopped |
Garlic | 4 cloves | minced |
Cilantro | few stalks | chopped |
Peanuts | 1-2 tbsp | crushed |
Red chili flakes | 2 tsp | as needed |
Ginger | 3-4 tsp | minced |
For sauce: | ||
Peanut butter | 1 tbsp | |
Soy sauce | 1 tbsp | |
White vinegar | 1 tbsp | |
Sriracha sauce | 1 tbsp | |
Ketchup | 1 tbsp | mix together |
Method:
- Fry onion, ginger and garlic in little oil
- Add cauliflower and roast for 5 minutes
- Add the sauce and mix well
- Garnish with chili flakes, cilantro and crushed peanuts
- Serve with fried rice or noodles as side or with fada as entree
