Kung Pao Cauliflower

Cauliflower1 mediumchopped
Red onion1 largechopped
Garlic4 clovesminced
Cilantrofew stalkschopped
Peanuts1-2 tbspcrushed
Red chili flakes2 tspas needed
Ginger3-4 tspminced
For sauce:
Peanut butter1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
White vinegar1 tbsp
Sriracha sauce1 tbsp
Ketchup1 tbspmix together


  1. Fry onion, ginger and garlic in little oil
  2. Add cauliflower and roast for 5 minutes
  3. Add the sauce and mix well
  4. Garnish with chili flakes, cilantro and crushed peanuts
  5. Serve with fried rice or noodles as side or with fada as entree
