Quinoa Lentil Burger

Flaxmeal | 2 tbsp | |
Soy sauce | 1 tsp | |
Ketchup | 1 tbsp | |
Nutritional yeast | 2 tsp | |
Fennel seeds | 1/4 tsp | crushed |
Breadcrumbs | 1/2 - 3/4 cup | |

Method:
- Cook lentils and quinoa and let cool
- Fry onion, garlic and green chili for few minutes
- Add carrots, celery, thyme, oregano, tarragon and salt, cook for few minutes
- Turn off flame and add cooked quinoa, lentils and flaxmeal, mash well
- Add sauces, nutritional yeast, fennel seeds and breadcrumbs
- Shape into burger patties and microwave for 1 minute or so
- Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown
- Serve with glaze,sriracha mayo and choice of vegetables
