Roasted Tempeh

Tempeh8 ozboiled and cut
Corn starch2 tbsp
Paprika1 tsp
Cayenne pepper1/2 tsp
Garlic powder1/2 tsp
Ginger powder1/2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Vinegar1 tsp
Oil2 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp or less
Wateras needed

Method:
  1. Chop the boiled tempeh and add to bowl
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Arrange on baking tray and roast at 400F for 10 minutes
  5. Flip the tempeh and roast for another 5 - 7 minutes
  6. Add to noodles, stir fries or other Asian dishes
