Method:
- Soak chickpeas overnight, drain and rinse well
- Pour all ingredients into food processor and pulse till you get a coarse meal. Do not add any water
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours
- Make into balls or slightly flat vadas and fry on medium heat. Each falafel should take between 5 - 6 minutes to brown evenly
- Drain on paper towels and stuff them into pita pockets
