Rava Idli

Serves: 4

Rava2 cups
Curd2 cupsmore if needed
Green chilis3minced
Gingersmall pieceminced
Cilantrobunchchopped
Cashewsfewfried in ghee
Saltto taste
Soda1/2 tsp
Thiramatha
Ingua/Hinga pinch
Method:
  1. Roast rava with seasoning and hing till brown
  2. Mix with sour curd, salt, cilantro, soda and little water
  3. Place a few cashews in each slot and pour batter on top
  4. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Serve with Coconut Chutney/Aloo Saagu
