Rava Idli

Rava2 cups
Curd1.5 cupsmore if needed
Green chilis3minced
Gingersmall pieceminced
Cashewsfewfried in ghee
Saltto taste
Sodaa pinch
Indian seasoning
Ingua/Hinga pinchadd to seasoning

  1. Roast rava with seasoning and hing till brown
  2. Mix with curd, salt, cilantro, soda and little water
  3. Place a few cashews in each slot and pour batter on top
  4. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Serve with Coconut Chutney/Aloo Saagu
