| Curd | 2 cups | more if needed |
| Green chilis | 3 | minced |
| Ginger | small piece | minced |
| Cilantro | bunch | chopped |
| Cashews | few | fried in ghee |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Soda | 1/2 tsp | |
| Thiramatha | ||
| Ingua/Hing | a pinch |
Method:
- Roast rava with seasoning and hing till brown
- Mix with sour curd, salt, cilantro, soda and little water
- Place a few cashews in each slot and pour batter on top
- Steam for 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve with Coconut Chutney/Aloo Saagu
