Garlic | 1 whole bulb | with skin |
Olive oil | few drops |
Method:
- Chop 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head to expose cloves inside
- Drizzle a few drops of olive oil and a little salt on top
- Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 30 minutes at 400F in the toaster oven
- Squeeze the roasted cloves out of the skin and freeze in the ice cube tray
