Roasted Garlic

Serves: 1 dish

Garlic1 whole bulbwith skin
Olive oilfew drops

  1. Chop the top of the garlic bulb about 1-2 cm, so that each clove is exposed
  2. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil
  3. Cover with aluminium foil and roast for 30 minutes at 350F
  4. Squeeze the roasted cloves out of the skin and use in dish
  5. The roasted garlic will keep well if frozen with the foil covering
