Roasted Garlic

Garlic1 whole bulbwith skin
Olive oilfew drops
  • Chop the top of the garlic bulb about 1-2 cm, so that each clove is exposed
  • Drizzle a few drops of olive oil
  • Cover with aluminium foil and roast for 30 minutes at 350F
  • Squeeze the roasted cloves out of the skin and use in dish
  • The roasted garlic will keep well if frozen with the foil covering
