Roasted Garlic

Garlic1 whole bulbwith skin
Olive oilfew drops

  • Chop 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head to expose cloves inside
  • Drizzle a few drops of olive oil and a little salt on top
  • Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 30 minutes at 400F in the toaster oven
  • Squeeze the roasted cloves out of the skin and freeze in the ice cube tray
