Mint Leaves | 1 handful | |
Cilantro | 2 bunches | medium |
Green Chilis | 4 or 5 | |
Salt | to taste | |
Roasted Peanuts | 6 tbsp |
Method:
- Grind peanuts & green chillies with salt
- Add the leaves and grind to a paste
Notes:
If you don't have enough roasted peanuts, substitute part or all of it with chutney pappu.
