| Onion | 2 | chopped |
| Rice | 1.5 cups | cooked |
| Tomato ketchup | 2 tbsp | adjust to taste |
| Ginger | small piece | |
| Green chilis | 3-4 | |

| Pepper | to taste |
Method:
- Fry the onions, ginger and chillis for some time
- Add rice, corn, ketchup & mix well
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro
