| Papaya | 1 medium | raw, shredded |
| Green chili | 3 medium | |
| Onion | 1 small | cut in quarters |
| Tomato | 1 small | as needed |
| Garlic | 5-6 cloves | peeled |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Lemon juice | 2-3 tsp | |
| Peanuts | to taste | chopped |
Method:
- Grind all ingredients together except papaya, lemon juice & sprouts/peanuts
- Mix the paste with the others, adjust salt and chili powder to taste
