| Rice | 1 cup | |
| Boiled Rice | 1 cup | |
| Lentils - Minapappu | 1/4 cup | |
| Coconut milk | 2/3 cup | |
| Sugar | 2 tbsp | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Soda | a pinch |
Method:
- Soak the rice & urad dal together in water.
- Soak in the morning, grind in the evening, add salt, and ferment overnight.
- Add coconut milk, soda, sugar, salt before 2 hours
- Pour aapams and keep the batter refrigerated
- Serve with Kurma or Onion Chutney.
