Rice1 cup
Boiled Rice1 cup
Lentils - Minapappu1/4 cup
Coconut milk2/3 cup
Sugar2 tbsp
Saltto taste
Sodaa pinch


Method:
  • Soak the rice & urad dal together in water.
  • Soak in the morning, grind in the evening, add salt, and ferment overnight.
  • Add coconut milk, soda, sugar, salt before 2 hours
  • Pour aapams and keep the batter refrigerated
  • Serve with Kurma or Onion Chutney.
