|Lentils - Minapappu||1/4 cup|
|Coconut milk||2/3 cup|
- Soak the rice & urad dal together in water.
- Soak in the morning, grind in the evening, leave overnight.
- Add coconut milk, soda, sugar, salt before 2 hours
- Pour aapams and keep the batter refrigerated
- Serve with Kurma or Onion Chutney.
