Method:

| Jalapenos | 3-4 | deseeded |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Onion | 1 | chopped finely |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Lemon juice | to taste | |
| Cilantro | for garnish | |
| For Batter: | to taste | |
| Gram Flour - Senagapindi | 1/2 - 3/4 cup | |
| Rice Flour | 1/4 cup | |
| Soda | a pinch | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Water | as needed | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | Mix together to semi-liquid consistency |
Method:
- Dip the jalapenos in batter and deep fry
- Mix onions with salt, red chilli powder & lemon juice for stuffing
- Slit vertically, stuff the jalapenos & serve
