Method:
Ingredient | Qty | Prep |
Onion | 2 large | chop into chunks |
Coconut | 1.5 cups | |
Chutney dal | 6 tbsp | |
Tamarind juice | to taste | |
Sugar | to taste | |
Red chili | 9 hot, 3 color | |
Salt | to taste |
Method:
- Grind everything together except onion
- Microwave onion until transparent
- Add onion and blend once more
- Serve with Check Dosa
