Cabbage Rice

Serves: 4

Rice1.5 cupwashed
Cabbage2-3 cups or 1/2 headshred
Cilantro1 cupchopped finely
Curry leavesfew
Turmericpinch
Water2 cups
Garam masalato taste
Saltto taste
For Paste:
Coconuthalf cup
Green chilis5
Cumin2 tbspcoriander seeds also 
Cinnamon1 small piece
Clove2
Ginger Garlic paste1 tspblend to paste


Method:
  1. Fry the paste for 5 minutes in oil, then add turmeric, curry leaves & garam masala
  2. Add the cabbage & cilantro, mix well
  3. Add the hot water & rice, some salt to taste and cook for 3 whistles 
  4. Serve with cold Raita
