| Tomato | 2 medium | quartered |
| Onion | 1 | chopped |
| Green chilis | 2-3 medium | chopped |
| Cilantro | few | chopped |
| Yogurt | as needed | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Sugar | same qty as salt | |
| Indian seasoning |
Method:
- Microwave tomatoes for 2 minutes, remove skin and mash thoroughly
- Fry onion and green chilis with the seasoning
- Add to the yogurt along with tomatoes and cilantro
- Add salt, sugar, and water as needed
