Wheat flour/Rice flour1 cup
Water1 cupboiled with salt


Method:
  1. Add flour to boiling water, turn off heat and mix well
  2. Let cool and knead on plastic wrap-covered cutting board
  3. Roll out into rotis (use the press) and cook on frying pan
  4. Serve with Pesalu Koora
