Wheat flour1.25 cups
Water1.25 cups
Oil1 tsp
Salt1/2 tspas needed

Method:
  • Add flour, salt, and oil to boiling water, turn off heat and mix well
  • Mix with spatula and sprinkle water if necessary
  • Cover and let cool
  • Knead into 7 balls
  • Roll out with press and rolling pin
  • Serve with Pesalu Koora
Notes:
Can also replace wheat flour with rice flour or fine rava
