| Potato | 4 | diced and boiled/steamed |
| Green chilis | 4 small | minced |
| Lemon juice | to taste | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Cilantro | for garnish | |
| Indian seasoning |
Method:
- Fry potatoes & green chilis with seasoning
- After potatoes are cooked, turn off heat
- Add lemon juice and cilantro
Notes:
Steam potatoes in the microwave, instead of a pressure cooker. The potatoes should be cooked about 75% through and not completely soft.
