Indian Pasta

Serves: 4 - 5

Pasta water2 cupsreserve
Red chili powderto taste
Croutonsfew
Dhanialu podi2 tbsp or moremadras version
Tomato sauceto tastehot n sweet
Mint & cilantrofor garnishfinely chopped

Method:
  • Fry onion and tomato until well done, then add paneer 
  • Add spice powders and sauce, mix well
  • Add reserved pasta water (as needed), then stir in croutons and adjust salt/spices to taste
  • Mix pasta and garnish with herbs
