| Tomato | 1 medium | minced |
| Chickpeas | 1 cup | cooked for 3 whistles |
| Yogurt | 1 cup | beaten well with water |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Mint chutney | to taste | |
| Tamarind chutney | to taste | |
| Chat masala | to taste |
Method:
- Spread papdi on serving plates
- Add chickpeas, potato, tomato and onion
- Spread yogurt, chutneys and powders evenly
- Serve immediately
