| Potatoes | 2 large | boiled and diced |
| Capsicum | 1 large | julienne |
| Onion | 1 large | chopped |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch | minced |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Indian seasoning |
Method:
- Fry onion and ginger with the seasoning
- Add capsicum, salt and the chili powder and cook for 5 minutes
- Add potatoes and cook till done
