Tomato Rice

Serves: 2

Basmati rice2/3 cupcooked 
Tomato2-3 mediumchopped
Onion1-2 mediumchopped
Butterto taste
Garlic    3 clovescurry leaves
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste3 tbsp
Method:
  1. Fry onions, garlic, and tomato paste 
  2. Add tomatoes, cinnamon powder, turmeric, and salt
  3. Cook with closed lid till tomatoes become soft
  4. Add rice and garnish with chopped mint
