Red Gram Dal - Kandipappu | 1/3 cup | cooked for 4 whistles |

Indian seasoning | ||
Cilantro | few leaves | chopped |
Tamarind paste | to taste |
Method:
- Fry garlic and green chilis with seasoning
- Add water, tamarind, dal and cook till it boils
- Garnish with cilantro leaves
