| Ingredient | Qty | Prep |
| Idiyappam/Rice noodles | 3/4 packet | cooked in boiling water |
| Green chilis | 4-5 | sliced |
| Lemon juice | to taste | |
| Indian seasoning | turmeric, curry leaves | |
| Cilantro | few leaves | chopped |
Method:
- Fry green chilis and curry leaves in seasoning and turn off heat
- Add rice noodles and mix well
- Add lemon juice to taste and garnish with cilantro
