Cabbage | 1/2 head | chopped |
Onion | 1 small | chopped |
Tomato | 1 small | optional |

Lemon juice | to taste | |
Indian seasoning | ||
For Paste: | ||
Coconut | 1/4-1/3 cup | |
Garlic | 2-3 cloves | |
Green chilis | 3-4 medium |
Method:
- Fry onion with seasoning until soft
- Add the paste and cook for five minutes
- Add the cabbage, allow the mixture to become warm and then turn off heat
Notes:
The tomatoes can be left out if you want the cabbage to be crisp when serving.
