| Kandagadda/Yam | 1 lb frozen packet | pressure cooked & pureed |
| Onion | 1 large | julienne |
| Tomato | 2 large | chopped |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Garlic | 4 cloves | minced |
| Indian seasoning | with turmeric |
Method:
- Fry onion, tomato and garlic with seasoning
- Add yam paste and cook till done
- Serve with plain rice
