Method:
- Break up the canned tomatoes using your fingers or a fork
- Add all the other ingredients and adjust to taste
Notes:
It is best to make the salsa a day in advance and leave it in the fridge for the flavors to meld. If not overnight, at least let it chill for about 4-5 hours.
