Chunky Tomato Salsa

Tomato1 28 oz canwhole, peeled
Cilantrofewchopped
Green Onion1 bunchchopped
Garlic1-2 small clovesminced
Lime juice2 tsp
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Basilto tastefresh or dry
Jalapeno1 smallminced


Method:
  1. Break up the canned tomatoes using your fingers or a fork
  2. Add all the other ingredients and adjust to taste


Notes:
It is best to make the salsa a day in advance and leave it in the fridge for the flavors to meld. If not overnight, at least let it chill for about 4-5 hours.
