| Garlic | 3 cloves | minced |
| Onion | 1/2 large | chopped finely |
| Tomato | 1 medium | chopped |
| Sambal Olek | 4-5 tbsp | any red chili paste |
| Oil | for frying | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Vinegar | to taste |
Method:
- Fry garlic and garlic in little oil till transparent
- Add other ingredients and cook with closed lid until tomatoes are soft
- Adjust salt and vinegar to taste
