Red Chili Chutney (For Momos)

Serves: 4 

Garlic3 clovesminced
Onion1/2 largeminced
Tomato1 mediumminced, optional
Sambal Olek4-5 tbspany red chili paste
Oilfor frying
Saltto taste
Vinegarto taste

  1. Fry garlic and garlic in little oil till transparent
  2. Add other ingredients and cook with closed lid until tomatoes are soft
  3. Adjust salt and vinegar to taste
  4. Serve with momos
